  2. Gemulator SoftMac 2000. Copyright (C) 2000 Emulators Inc.

  4. End User License Agreement for the Gemulator product suite including but not
  5. limited to Xformer 2000, Gemulator 2000, and SoftMac 2000:

  7. The End User License Agreement is a legal agreement between you (the End User)
  8. and Emulators Inc. for the Gemulator product suite. By installing, copying, or
  9. using the Gemulator product, you agree to be bound by the full terms of the
  10. agreement.

  12. Emulators Inc. grants the End User the non-transferable right to install and
  13. use the Gemulator product on a single computer. You may make one copy of the
  14. Gemulator software in machine readable form for backup purposes only. Emulators
  15. Inc. expressly reserves to itself all other rights in the Gemulator product
  16. including, but not limited to, the right to reproduce and distribute the
  17. Gemulator software and hardware and the right to create derivative works based
  18. on the Gemulator product.

  20. End User shall respect and not remove, obliterate, or cancel from view any
  21. copyright, trademark, confidentiality or other proprietary notice on the
  22. Gemulator software. End User shall not reverse engineer, disassemble, or
  23. decompile the Gemulator software, or any portion thereof, nor shall End User
  24. use the Gemulator software to reverse engineer, disassemble, or decompile third
  25. party software.

  27. All copies of the Gemulator software in any form provided by Emulators Inc. or
  28. made by End User are the sole property of Emulators Inc. End User shall not
  29. have any right, title, or interest to any such Gemulator software or copies
  30. thereof except as provided in this License.

  32. Emulators Inc. shall not be liable for any costs, damages, fees, or other
  33. liability, nor for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential
  34. damages with respect to any claim by the End User or any third party on account
  35. of or arising from this License or use of (or inability to use) any portion of
  36. the Gemulator software.

  38. Failure to comply with the terms and conditions of this License terminates all
  39. rights granted by Emulators Inc. to the End User.
